The following information explains returns or exchanges to Zannza.com

Returns for purchases made via the internet

All returns must request an authorization number from customer service

· Complete the Return Form that accompanied your package, making sure you indicate the item(s) being returned and why (No damages accepted)

· Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include packing slip and authorization number.

· Ship your package via US Postal Service or UPS

· All returns must be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

· Items for exchange are based on availability. Prices are as purchased. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility

· Final sale merchandise is non-refundable

· We will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

Returns can also be made to the original Zannza retail location with original receipt of purchase 7-10 days business days.

If you would like to return merchandise purchased from a store:

• • 7-10 business days of purchase with original receipt. (damages not accepted)
  • Final Sale items are non-refundable
